Store Keeper / Shop Manager

About the role

Tiny Tikes is looking for a reliable Store Keeper / Shop Manager to run daily operations of its Lahore retail outlet. The role combines inventory control, customer service and shop supervision to ensure a well‑organized, profitable store.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label and arrange incoming merchandise following store procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, damages and shortages.
• Prepare replenishment requests and coordinate with suppliers or internal purchasing.
• Oversee shop opening and closing, cleanliness, visual merchandising and secure handling of goods.
• Assist customers with product information, availability and routine purchase inquiries.
• Support billing, cash‑handling, sales recording and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Conduct regular stock counts, report discrepancies and guide shop assistants on procedures.

Required profile

• Practical experience in storekeeping, inventory control or retail shop supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and ability to work independently.
• Good communication, teamwork, integrity and punctuality.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise safely.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory software.
• Competence in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
