Supply Chain Manager – eCommerce

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead our e‑commerce logistics, ensuring products move smoothly from suppliers to warehouses and finally to customers. The role combines data‑driven analysis, process optimisation and strong supplier partnership management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative supply‑chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyse supply‑chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Oversee end‑to‑end inventory control, including demand forecasting, stock monitoring and replenishment across multiple warehouses.
• Utilise analytics to optimise inventory levels, maintain accuracy and minimise stockouts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts and monitor performance.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements to lower costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply‑chain roles, preferably within fast‑paced e‑commerce environments.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce supply‑chain complexities such as forecasting, demand planning, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements.

Required skills
