Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. This remote, full‑time position focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Experience using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
