About the role

The school is seeking dedicated teaching staff to deliver high‑quality instruction in line with its prescribed curriculum. The successful candidate will foster a positive learning environment and support students’ academic, social, and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that follow the school’s curriculum and academic guidelines.
• Implement the curriculum effectively, ensuring learning objectives are met within set timelines.
• Create an inclusive, disciplined classroom that promotes student participation and academic excellence.
• Utilise appropriate teaching methodologies, instructional resources, and technology to enhance learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning abilities and individual student needs.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate student performance through assignments, classwork, tests, and examinations, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress, assessments, and classroom activities.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, examinations, and other academic evaluations.
• Communicate professionally with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behavioural concerns.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators, section heads, and fellow teachers to ensure curriculum consistency.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and other institutional activities.
• Uphold classroom discipline and comply with school policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional ethics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject and grade level (fresh graduates with exceptional credentials may be considered).
• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject or Education from an HEC‑recognised institution.
• Master’s degree in the relevant discipline or Education is an advantage.
• Valid teaching certification preferred.
• Strong classroom management, communication, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using digital teaching tools and educational technology.
