Technical Project Manager (Remote - Pakistan)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple engineering initiatives. Working remotely from Pakistan, you will ensure projects move from concept to production smoothly, on schedule, and with clear priorities. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to plan, execute, and resolve blockers.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned projects end‑to‑end, from intake and planning through execution, release, and follow‑up.
• Define and maintain clear plans, milestones, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate API‑related work streams, including bugs, client issues, new fields, and enhancements.
• Capture context, logs, repro steps, and documentation; drive issues to closure with investigation, fixes, validation, and release notes.
• Align Engineering, Ops, QA, and Leadership around priorities and timelines; run stand‑ups, check‑ins, or focused syncs as needed.
• Manage dependencies and handoffs across teams to prevent rework and surprises.
• Lead incident and bug triage, assess urgency versus backlog, and confirm priorities with leadership.
• Continuously improve use of ClickUp, Confluence, and Slack by creating or refining templates, task standards, reporting, and workflows.
• Provide concise updates on progress, next steps, and blockers to maintain stakeholder visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, engineering coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and dependencies in a fast‑paced, remote, asynchronous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with developers on technical discussions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of thorough follow‑through.
