Technical Recruiter – AI Hiring Tool (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role is fully remote and combines deep machine‑learning expertise with a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine‑tune machine‑learning models that improve candidate matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend services for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases and external job boards through robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training data and monitor model performance.
• Ensure all workflows comply with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation for recruitment.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation.
• Experience with RESTful API design, micro‑services architecture and data‑pipeline/ETL processes.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• NLP libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Docker (or similar container tools).
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• ETL and data‑pipeline development.
