Technical Recruiter – AI-Powered Hiring Platform (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑driven recruitment platform that automates sourcing, screening and candidate engagement. The role combines deep machine‑learning expertise with a passion for talent acquisition, and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine‑tune machine‑learning models to boost candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases and external job platforms via robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerisation.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
