Technical Recruiter – AI Recruitment Tool (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on developing and refining an AI‑powered recruitment tool called Zara, automating candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will apply deep machine‑learning expertise while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models to improve candidate matching accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing, including resume parsing and job description analysis.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and third‑party job platforms via APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to refine AI training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and machine‑learning model development.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation tools such as Docker.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and privacy regulations in recruitment.
