Technical Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

This remote position focuses on building and refining Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable machine‑learning solutions that improve hiring efficiency and reduce bias.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise machine‑learning models to boost candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning, especially NLP, applied to recruitment.
• Experience building and deploying production‑grade AI systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerisation.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and bias mitigation.
