About the role
We are seeking a Technical Services Manager to design, implement and manage Microsoft‑based infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring high availability and compliance across on‑premise and cloud environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement Microsoft infrastructure including AD, Entra ID, Exchange (on‑prem/hybrid) and Microsoft 365.
- Manage hybrid identity and secure access using MFA, SSO and Conditional Access.
- Deploy and optimise the Microsoft Defender suite (MDI, MDO, MDE).
- Automate infrastructure tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery and lead security‑compliance initiatives.
