Technical Support Specialist – Solar Inverter & Battery

About the role

Tri Angels Electronics is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to deliver prompt and accurate assistance for its solar inverter and lithium‑battery solutions. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and installers, handling queries through phone, email and remote‑support tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for solar inverters and lithium batteries to customers and installers.
• Record and manage incident reports, claim data and customer interactions using CRM software.
• Process transactions in Oracle ERP and inventory systems, ensuring data integrity.
• Conduct follow‑up (happy) calls to verify customer satisfaction and capture feedback.
• Collaborate with the service team to relay complaints and assist in resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on support activities and performance metrics.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments in a timely manner.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in technical support or a similar customer‑service role.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for incident tracking.
• Experience using Oracle ERP and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with remote support tools for diagnostics.
• Knowledge of solar inverter and lithium‑battery technologies.
