Technical Talent Specialist (US, Canada, India, LATAM)

About the role

V2F Solutions is looking for a proactive Talent Specialist to support international recruitment across the US, Canada, India and LATAM. The role focuses on sourcing technical talent, building candidate pipelines, maintaining talent databases and engaging candidates for future opportunities. The position is based in Islamabad, with hybrid working hours from 5:45pm to 2:15am.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing technical talent across the US, Canada, India and LATAM, building pipelines for software developers, QA engineers, project managers, DevOps, cloud and data engineers and other IT professionals.
• Conducting market research with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice and similar platforms, and engaging active and passive candidates.
• Building and maintaining talent pools by skill, experience and location, tracking skills, location, compensation expectations, availability, work preferences and employment type.
• Keeping candidate records accurate and updated in the ATS, CRM or sourcing tracker, following up on interest and availability while protecting data privacy.
• Working with recruiters to understand technical requirements, sharing candidate profiles and supporting sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Building knowledge of technical talent markets and hiring models (full-time and independent contractor) across the target regions, including salary and contract rates, currencies and basic awareness of work authorization and sponsorship requirements.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in technical sourcing, technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in international markets such as the US, Canada, India and/or LATAM.
• Demonstrable experience sourcing candidates for technical roles such as software development, QA, infrastructure, cloud or data.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice or similar platforms.
• Boolean search, candidate mapping and passive candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with candidate databases, ATS/CRM platforms and talent pipeline management.
