Telecom & Installations Manager (Project Leadership)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telecom & Installations Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of telecom and power infrastructure projects. The role combines technical engineering oversight with field operations, ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with customers to capture project requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project, defining tasks, resources, and schedules.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs with vendors, coordinate material and service delivery.
• Oversee field execution, conduct site visits and quality inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Lead direct reports and field teams, fostering effective utilization and safety compliance.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with Tier‑1/Tier‑2 telecom vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven ability to develop performance metrics and deliver projects under pressure.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
