Ticketing Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Ticketing Agent will promote Fly Jinnah sales and provide front‑line customer service at the sales shop in Islamabad. The role involves handling reservations, issuing tickets, and cross‑selling travel‑related products to meet individual targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Fly Jinnah tickets, packages, holidays, visas, insurance, car rentals and other ancillary services.
• Process reservations, travel bookings, modifications and issue tickets for walk‑in and call‑in customers.
• Apply cross‑selling techniques and educate customers on promotions, campaigns and special offers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via visits, calls or email, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Coordinate with airport and visa‑check teams to manage check‑in procedures and flight changes.
• Process visa applications and cancellations according to company policies.
• Maintain company property such as brochures, equipment and waiting area in good condition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Management or a related field.
• Additional qualification in Aviation, IATA or Tourism is a plus.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of airline and travel products and services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and direct customer issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
