Trainer – Develop and Deliver Engaging Training Programs

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions for both new and existing alumni. You will work closely with managers and participants to ensure learning objectives are met and continuously improve our training offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct engaging workshops and training sessions.
• Assess training needs through manager consultations and surveys.
• Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals.
• Monitor training progress, report outcomes, and provide feedback.
• Adapt delivery methods to suit audience and objectives.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to maintain consistency across programs.
• Stay current with emerging training trends and technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
