Trainer – Training Sessions & Workshops

About the role

The CIRCLE Women Association is seeking a dynamic Trainer to design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for both new and existing alumni. You will play a key role in enhancing learning experiences and supporting the professional growth of participants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and conduct interactive training sessions and workshops for alumni.
• Assess training needs through manager consultations and surveys.
• Create instructional materials, handouts, and manuals to support learning.
• Monitor training progress, provide feedback, and report on outcomes.
• Adapt delivery methods to suit audience and learning objectives.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers to ensure consistency and improve program quality.
• Stay informed about the latest training trends and technologies.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a training or teaching role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant software packages.
• Familiarity with both traditional and modern training techniques.
