Umrah Representative

About the role

We are looking for a professional Umrah Representative to join our DHA branch in Lahore. The role focuses on promoting and selling Umrah packages while providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell a range of Umrah packages to individual and group clients.
• Assist customers with visa applications, hotel reservations, and transport arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue goals.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in Umrah or pilgrimage sales.
• Strong knowledge of Umrah packages, visa procedures, 5‑star hotel standards and transport logistics.
• Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.
• Confident, professional appearance and well‑presented demeanor.

Required skills

• In‑depth understanding of Umrah package components.
• Familiarity with visa processing requirements.
• Knowledge of high‑end hotel and transport services for pilgrims.
