Umrah Sales Executive

About the role

Hotel Links Travel & Tours is a dedicated Hajj and Umrah operator based in Lahore. We are looking for an enthusiastic Umrah Sales Executive to promote our pilgrimage packages, understand traveller needs, and guide clients through the entire booking journey.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through inquiries, referrals and local market outreach.
• Explain Umrah packages, flight options, visa procedures, hotel choices, inclusions, exclusions and pricing.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable packages based on budget, dates and preferences.
• Prepare quotations, keep accurate customer records and coordinate bookings with internal teams.
• Assist clients with documentation, payments, visa processing and travel preparation.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of Umrah travel requirements, flights, visas and hotel arrangements.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Urdu; additional local languages are a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with reliable handling of passenger information, documents and payments.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary (PKR 70,000 – 150,000) plus incentive bonus.
