USA-Focused Cold Caller

About the role

Fah Innovation is hiring a USA-focused Cold Caller for its Lahore team. This is a full-time, office-based position where you contact prospective customers in the United States, introduce the company's offerings and help generate qualified sales opportunities. You must coordinate your working hours with U.S. calling windows.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based prospects using approved contact lists and scripts
• Explain products or services clearly, ask discovery questions and identify customer needs
• Qualify leads and schedule follow-up conversations or appointments with the right team
• Record call outcomes, prospect details and follow-up actions in the tracking system
• Handle objections professionally, follow calling guidelines and meet activity and quality targets
• Share feedback on prospect responses to help improve call approaches and messaging

Required profile

• Clear, confident spoken English suitable for professional conversations with U.S. customers
• Comfortable coordinating working hours with U.S. business hours
• Prior cold-calling or telesales experience is an advantage; willingness to learn scripts and product details is essential
