Videographer - Real Estate Video Content

About the role

Trustmark, a real estate company, is looking for a creative, skilled and passionate Videographer. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of professional video shooting, camera handling, lighting and storytelling, and will capture high-quality video content for property marketing, housing society promotions, site visits, YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, Facebook campaigns and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot professional videos of housing societies, residential and commercial projects, properties and real estate developments.
• Record property walkthroughs, site visits, project updates and promotional videos.
• Film client testimonials, podcasts and on-camera discussions.
• Capture content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones, lighting equipment and other filming accessories.
• Plan and execute creative shots according to the video concept and marketing requirements.
• Capture cinematic shots, aerial footage and drone videos where required and legally permitted.
• Coordinate with the marketing and video editing teams so that the required footage is delivered on time.
• Maintain and manage cameras, lenses, accessories and other production equipment.
• Travel to different project sites and locations for video shoots.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Videographer or Camera Operator.
• Experience shooting real estate, promotional, corporate or social media videos is preferred.
• Knowledge of gimbals, stabilizers and drone operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel for outdoor and on-location shoots.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, framing, composition and camera settings.
• Good understanding of lighting, audio recording and video production techniques.
• Preferred: DSLR / mirrorless camera operation, Sony / Canon systems, professional audio recording, lighting setup, drone videography, and basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
