About the role

The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) acts as the digital bridge between Mashreq Bank Pakistan and its clients, delivering a seamless, technology‑driven banking experience. The role focuses on proactive client engagement, smooth onboarding, and post‑onboarding journeys while providing tailored financial solutions that drive satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead management and handling of drop‑off scenarios for new acquisitions.
• Manage NSTP (New Service Transaction Process) scenarios.
• Assist clients through onboarding and ensure a friction‑free experience.
• Provide ongoing client servicing, address complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
• Cross‑sell relevant products within three months of client onboarding.
• Maintain and grow client portfolios through regular interaction and relationship building.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar relationship‑management or digital banking role.
• Strong sales knowledge and understanding of market trends, investments, and financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
• Proven relationship‑management and networking abilities with an extrovert, amiable personality.
• Self‑motivated, positive attitude with strong analytical, numeric, and problem‑resolution capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
