Visa Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Visa Consultant to join our Islamabad office on a full‑time basis. You will guide clients through every step of the visa and immigration process, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client profiles and recommend appropriate visa or immigration pathways.
• Prepare, review, and submit application forms while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Maintain accurate records, track application status, and provide timely updates to clients.
• Conduct client meetings, answer inquiries via phone and email, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay current with changes in immigration policies and procedures.
• Support related education consultancy and travel services as needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes with the ability to explain policies clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and deadlines.
• Ability to work on‑site in Islamabad, collaborate with colleagues, and handle multiple client cases simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business, Law, Social Sciences, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with online visa application platforms; experience with specific visa systems is a plus.
