Vulnerability Researcher (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Vulnerability Researcher to join a global leader in technology and internet services. The role is fully remote and focuses on deep technical analysis of software to uncover and assess security weaknesses across a wide range of systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic analysis of codebases and infrastructure to detect vulnerabilities.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept exploits to validate findings and evaluate impact.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to triage, prioritize, and remediate security issues.
• Research emerging threats, zero‑day exploits, and novel attack vectors.
• Document technical findings, risk assessments, and mitigation recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong background in software security and vulnerability analysis.
• Experience with reverse engineering and exploit development.
• Proven ability to produce clear technical reports for diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Programming languages: C, C++, Python, Go.
• Reverse‑engineering tools: IDA Pro, Ghidra, Binary Ninja.
• Fuzzing frameworks: AFL, LibFuzzer, Honggfuzz.
• Knowledge of buffer overflows, race conditions, injection flaws, and memory‑corruption techniques.
• Familiarity with network protocols, operating‑system internals, and secure coding practices.
