Plant Controller – Kabirwala

About the role

We are looking for a Plant Controller to provide tactical support and visibility to the plant’s processes in Kabirwala. The role focuses on driving analysis, reporting and cost‑effectiveness while ensuring compliance with Nestlé costing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the Standard Cost Budget in alignment with the Business Unit Controller.
• Develop and maintain dynamic forecasts in coordination with Finance and Plant teams.
• Coordinate with the Project Controller and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the PET line.
• Identify improvement projects and validate them according to OPEX/NCE guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with General, Technical and Manufacturing Instructions as well as financial reporting requirements.
• Conduct product benchmarking of similar internal and external products.
• Lead business review meetings with plant and business stakeholders.
• Produce accurate actual reporting, including variance analysis, non‑quality cost and savings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in plant finance controlling or cost management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of budgeting, forecasting and compliance processes.
