Program Specialist

About the role

Cplusoft is looking for a Program Specialist to join our Islamabad office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for overseeing program execution, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage program timelines, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple departments to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
• Analyze data to support decision‑making and improve program outcomes.
• Design, develop, and deliver training materials and sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, address client inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program management and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for both interpersonal and professional interactions.
• Experience creating and facilitating training sessions.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
• Highly organized with effective time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
