Executive – Quality Assurance (KTR‑III)

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking an Executive (Quality Assurance) to lead the GPON FTTH rollout and ensure the highest standards across its Outside Plant (OSP) network. You will manage resources, analyse market dynamics and drive profitable outcomes while upholding PTCL’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the GPON FTTH rollout plan, managing financial and human resources.
• Conduct technical evaluations of OSP Access Network (copper and fiber), including electrical testing of underground cables and physical surveys of MDF, manholes, cabinets, DPs, loops, FDH, NAP, FAT and OLTS.
• Inspect ongoing development work, coordinate joint surveys for cabinet renovation programs, and ensure proper implementation.
• Prepare and continuously improve technical audit checklists, generate weekly and monthly QA reports, and monitor follow‑ups to improve QoS.
• Maintain regional compliance with administrative, financial, HR, legal, EHS and ethical standards, applying cost‑efficient controls.
• Oversee Provisional Acceptance Testing (PAT) for new network elements and train reporting supervisors.
• Analyse customer complaints, propose corrective actions, and help reduce fault recurrence and churn.

Required profile

• BE/BSc Engineering or BS/MS Computer Science (internal candidates may hold BSc Technology or B.Tech Honors Electrical Technology).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant telecom experience for external candidates, or 8 years for internal PTCL employees.
• Strong understanding of Pin‑to‑Port planning for fiber distribution.

Required skills

• Optical fiber cable testing.
