AI Automation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design and deliver reliable AI‑assisted workflows that turn repeatable business processes into production‑grade automations. You will work closely with clients and engineering teams to ensure measurable outputs, robust monitoring, and seamless human‑in‑the‑loop review.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing business workflows and identify safe, measurable automation opportunities.
• Integrate large language models and tools from providers such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and Codex where appropriate.
• Build APIs, queue systems, validation layers, fallback mechanisms, and human‑review steps.
• Create evaluation frameworks and monitoring dashboards for quality, cost, latency, and failure modes.
• Document systems thoroughly so clients and engineers can operate them confidently.

Required profile

• Production‑grade software engineering experience using Python, TypeScript, or PHP.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, structured data handling, queue architectures, and automation workflows.
• Practical knowledge of LLM evaluation, security considerations, and human‑review processes.
• Clear written and spoken English for client‑facing discovery and delivery.
