AI Solutions Architect

About the role

HiddenTalent.ai is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise‑grade AI solutions. You will bridge business strategy, product development, and technology execution to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performing AI‑powered products for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the AI architecture roadmap, establishing standards and governance frameworks.
• Design scalable AI solutions using Large Language Models, Generative AI, AI agents, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Architect AI agent workflows, conversational AI, and knowledge‑management platforms.
• Build AI infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and implement MLOps/LLMOps processes for model deployment and monitoring.
• Drive infrastructure automation, DevOps best practices, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements, defining monitoring and risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience, including 3+ years delivering AI/ML solutions in production.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and vector databases.
