Assistant Manager, IT PMO

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our IT PMO to lead end‑to‑end AI and enterprise integration projects. The role blends technical knowledge, client coordination, project execution, and vendor management, ensuring successful delivery from scoping to production rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure across telephony, networking, cloud, and security domains.
• Prepare technical responses for RFIs/RFPs, contribute to solution design and pricing.
• Gather and analyse client requirements to propose aligned IT solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors throughout project execution.
• Create, maintain, and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
• Identify risks and issues, escalating as needed while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT solutions, infrastructure, or project delivery.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of project management practices and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Information security basics.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
• SQL/MySQL knowledge.
