Assistant Manager – Platforms (Production Support)

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Platforms will provide L1/L2 production support for the EDMS digital platform and related automation tools. You will lead a diversified team across on‑shore, off‑shore and vendor resources, ensuring smooth operation, timely issue resolution, and effective stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 production support for EDMS, BAW and RPA applications.
• Manage RPA process start‑stop, execution, monitoring and incident escalation.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc status reports for production support and project activities.
• Liaise with business users, technology teams and application owners to exchange data and resolve issues.
• Validate RPA dashboard data and raise alerts for discrepancies.
• Lead a mixed team of on‑shore, off‑shore and vendor staff, ensuring compliance with PMO, QMS, risk and audit guidelines.
• Contribute to the technology roadmap, financial estimates and strategic vendor partnerships.
• Act as project manager/lead for small enhancements in Microsoft Power Automate.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of production support experience in a lead or engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Oracle Database, Java code and Unix/Linux commands.
• Willingness to support off‑business hours when required.
• Excellent English communication and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and ability to manage small change projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
