About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support our real‑estate sales team. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, coordinating client appointments, and helping match customers with suitable property projects.
Key responsibilities
- Stay updated on the real‑estate market trends and developments.
- Contact generated leads daily to achieve key performance indicators.
- Schedule at least ten client appointments each day, ensuring a minimum of one meeting per day.
- Assess clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend appropriate projects.
- Assist potential buyers during site visits and property tours.
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and the sales team.
- Frequent visits to various project sites as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real‑estate.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
