Assistant System Analyst / Software Testing Executive

About the role

Crystal Magnate is looking for a full‑time remote Assistant System Analyst and Software Testing Executive to help improve its e‑commerce technology solutions. You will work closely with developers, product teams and support staff to ensure platform reliability and a great user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze system requirements and document workflows for business stakeholders.
• Support the refinement of functional specifications and translate business needs into technical details.
• Design, execute and maintain manual and basic automated test cases.
• Log, track and verify defect resolutions before deployment.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong systems and business analysis abilities.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root‑cause identification.
• Foundational IT knowledge and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Attention to detail, clear written and verbal communication, and solid documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms, QA tools or basic scripting/SQL is a plus.
