About the role

CureMD is looking for an Associate Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and execute digital initiatives that boost online traffic, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand visibility. You will work across SEO, email, content, PPC, and social channels to deliver measurable results that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a forward‑thinking digital marketing strategy that drives traffic, leads, and brand awareness.
• Mobilize cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and campaign performance.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication to ensure clear messaging and alignment on project goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring organic and paid efforts.
• Implement tactics to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate on high‑impact content creation to generate viral traffic and engagement.
• Utilize Google Analytics, AI‑driven insights, and data‑based strategies to continuously optimize campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced digital‑marketing certifications are a plus.
• 5‑7 years of progressive experience with a proven record of driving traffic and leading teams.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, spotting trends, and making data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent project‑management and communication skills for multi‑campaign coordination.
