Associate Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our development team. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to design, build, and maintain software applications, contributing to high‑quality solutions for the healthcare domain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software modules and product features following established design practices.
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code that meets engineering standards.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects while supporting ongoing application stability.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with QA engineers, business analysts, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Apply software quality, security, performance, and engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Utilize AI‑powered development tools responsibly and validate AI‑generated code.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–1 year of professional experience (fresh graduate acceptable).
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and software development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and learning abilities.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
