Automation Analyst

About the role

The Automation Analyst will drive the design and delivery of automation solutions that streamline operations and improve customer service. Working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and IT/telephony teams, you will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze end‑to‑end business processes to identify automation opportunities that reduce costs, improve system reliability and lower average handle times.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to capture current and future state requirements and translate them into user stories and detailed specifications.
• Partner with product owners to evaluate feature value, technical dependencies, risk and effort for sprint and program increment planning.
• Mentor junior automation analysts and serve as a point of contact for best‑practice guidance.
• Define and create UAT scenarios using use cases, flow charts and other standard methods, ensuring high‑quality testing outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in Google Dialogflow (Google Dialogue) and conversational flow design to support AI‑driven interactions.
