Automation Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Python developer to join our Automations and Integrations team. You will create dynamic applications for our building‑management clients, writing and testing scalable code, building back‑end components and integrating user‑facing elements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Python‑based back‑end services using Flask or FastAPI.
• Write comprehensive unit, system and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Integrate APIs and micro‑services, including Microsoft Graph and SharePoint, into client solutions.
• Implement encryption, hashing and secure data handling mechanisms.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Python threading, asynchronous programming and multiprocessing.
• Ability to work independently on projects while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
