Business Consultant (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Business Consultant to join a leading information services firm on a contract basis. The consultant will work directly with client organizations to diagnose operational challenges and design data‑driven solutions that improve efficiency and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, conduct stakeholder interviews, and identify bottlenecks.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Design and implement workflow redesigns, automation opportunities, and performance metrics.
• Perform market and competitive analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Document findings in clear reports and executive‑level presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimization.
• Strong project management ability to handle multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
