Business Development Executive – Lead Conversion

About the role

The Business Development Executive will turn existing leads into paying customers for Premium Packaging Company. You will work with a ready list of prospects, introduce custom packaging solutions, and guide them through the sales process to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers using provided business data.
• Introduce custom packaging products and services.
• Understand client requirements and packaging needs.
• Convert leads into qualified opportunities and paying clients.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain regular communication until the sale is closed.
• Update lead and customer information and keep accurate follow‑up records.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and convincing abilities.
• Confident, professional attitude.
• Experience in sales, business development, call centre or customer handling preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with USA‑based customers.
• Target‑oriented and motivated by performance.
• Fresh candidates with strong English and communication skills are welcome.
