Business Development Manager – Crypto & Blockchain

About the role

Recruit AI is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager with expertise in crypto, blockchain, Web3 and digital assets to expand its market presence in Pakistan. The role is based onsite in Lahore and focuses on client acquisition, strategic partnerships and revenue growth within the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the crypto and blockchain sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with crypto companies, industry partners, clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close strategic partnerships and commercial deals aligned with business objectives.
• Generate high‑quality leads, manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging trends and stay ahead of competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute market expansion strategies.
• Monitor competitive developments and adapt business strategies accordingly.
• Work independently on‑site to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year of experience in crypto, blockchain, Web3 or digital assets business development.
• Proven ability to acquire clients, negotiate deals and build lasting partnerships.
• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet ambitious sales goals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the crypto, blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
• Experience with lead generation and pipeline management.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis.
