Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment

About the role

Global University Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment across B2B channels. Working from home with regular travel, you will partner with company directors to expand agency networks, drive revenue, and promote one of our universities or colleges in Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment and business development activities for the assigned region.
• Develop and manage relationships with education agents and key stakeholders.
• Design and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract international students.
• Identify new revenue streams, support existing accounts and grow partner pipelines.
• Conduct client research, attend fairs, business trips and host workshops or presentations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international student recruitment for higher education.
• Established network of education agents and strong relationships with agency stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new revenue and develop business partners.
• Highly motivated, confident presenter and workshop facilitator.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM/database management experience.
