Business Development Manager – International Expansion

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate VQ’s expansion across Europe and North America. Based in Islamabad, you will own the full sales cycle, build new partnerships and deliver measurable revenue growth for our premium audio and small domestic appliance brands.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through new account acquisition and expansion.
• Generate a qualified pipeline 3–5× the revenue target via outbound prospecting, networking, trade events, LinkedIn outreach and market research.
• Identify, engage and secure partnerships with retailers, distributors, buying groups, marketplaces and e‑commerce platforms.
• Lead the complete sales process from prospecting to onboarding and account launch.
• Drive entry into new territories and channels by executing market expansion initiatives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that support sustainable long‑term growth.
• Create compelling presentations, sales pitches and proposals to position VQ and its licensed portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, distributors and senior stakeholders across international markets.
