Business Development Manager

About the role

Holmes Education Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand its higher‑education portfolio worldwide, with a primary focus on the Holmes Institute Dublin programmes. Based in Pakistan, you will work remotely while collaborating with agents, students, and senior teams across Australia, London and other regions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruitment targets by managing and expanding the existing agent network in Pakistan.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with new agents and feeder schools.
• Engage daily with agents and prospective students, providing timely information and support.
• Coordinate with overseas staff and senior leadership to align sales strategies.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of contacts and monitor progress against ambitious sales goals.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in sales, student recruitment or marketing within an education setting.
• Established network of education agents in Pakistan.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Strong drive, ambition and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
