Business Development Officer

About the role

Al Sultania Travel & Tourism is looking for a Business Development Officer to expand its customer and partner network in Lahore. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities across travel services such as flights, hotels, visas, holiday packages, Umrah, insurance and airport transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, institutions and individual customers.
• Promote the full portfolio of travel products and services.
• Conduct market research to uncover customer needs, competitor activity and partnership prospects.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up leads and keep accurate activity records.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer relationships.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships and convert prospects into business.
• Strong knowledge of travel products including air tickets, hotels, visas, holiday packages, Umrah, insurance and transfers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented preparation of quotations and business presentations.
• Target‑driven, disciplined follow‑up and problem‑solving mindset.
• Good understanding of Lahore’s market and professional business etiquette.
