Business Development Representative

About the role

Rubaan, an AI agency based in Lahore, is looking for its first Business Development Representative. You will be responsible for creating outbound sales pipelines for AI automation services, working on‑site with a morning shift and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in Pakistan and abroad.
• Design and execute cold‑email campaigns targeting businesses that could benefit from AI automation.
• Make cold calls to decision‑makers at SMEs, startups and larger corporations.
• Send outreach messages via LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp to warm up prospects.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls, present service offerings and move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and pipeline management.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with strong hunger and drive; experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Urdu.
• Self‑starter able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Startup mindset comfortable with ambiguity and fast‑paced environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary between 40,000 PKR and 80,000 PKR.
• Commission structure based on sales performance.
