Business Development Representative

About the role

WADIC is seeking a dynamic Software Business Development Representative to join its growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, acquiring clients, and building lasting relationships in the B2B software market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, referrals, and freelancing platforms.
• Research, qualify, and engage prospective clients by understanding their business objectives and software needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Create customized proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales pitches that showcase WADIC’s software solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements while fostering long‑term client relationships.
• Maintain and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer and similar platforms, develop bidding strategies, and monitor performance.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and requirement‑gathering sessions; ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
• Track sales pipeline metrics, prepare reports and forecasts, and share market insights with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven background in B2B software sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Experience using freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or Freelancer.
• Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
