Business Operations & Project Manager – Retail, E‑commerce & Distribution

About the role

DXB Perfume is seeking a highly organised, commercially‑minded Business Operations & Project Manager to drive priority initiatives across retail, e‑commerce and distribution. Working remotely, you will act as the central hub for project visibility, coordination and escalation, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a master tracker for all approved company projects, ensuring clear objectives, owners, milestones and budgets.
• Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies and overdue actions, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Attend and document outcomes of project, departmental and cross‑functional meetings, circulating concise action notes.
• Hold regular check‑ins with department managers to obtain evidence‑based progress updates.
• Coordinate dependencies between internal teams, suppliers, agencies and external partners.
• Prepare a weekly executive summary for the CEO covering progress, delays, risks and required decisions.
• Escalate resource conflicts or material risks early and turn leadership decisions into actionable plans.
• Lead selected cross‑functional or special projects as appointed by the CEO.
• Review completed projects to assess commercial and operational impact.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in business operations, commercial project management, PMO or cross‑functional project management.
• At least three years’ direct experience in retail, e‑commerce, distribution, FMCG, consumer goods, beauty or fragrance businesses.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver results on time.
