Call Center Agent – Outbound Sales (Night Shift)

About the role
Join a dynamic outbound sales team serving USA and Canada markets. As a Call Center Agent you will make night‑time calls to prospective customers, build relationships, and drive sales for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls during the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
- Communicate professionally in English and present product offers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet performance goals.
Required profile
- Strong English communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
- Professional attitude with a positive work ethic.
- Willingness to work night shifts on‑site in Lahore.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Data entry skills.
