Call Center Dialer – SEO Campaign (Lahore)

About the role

Keystone Medics is looking for energetic Call Center Dialers to support an SEO campaign. The position is full‑time, on‑site in Lahore and focuses on outbound calling to gather information that fuels marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients following scripted guidelines.
• Collect and record relevant data to support SEO and marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call volume and conversion metrics.
• Provide clear, professional responses to inquiries and route calls to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine call strategies and share customer feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call‑center, telemarketing, or outbound dialing role.
• Strong spoken English and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site with flexible shift schedules.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and results‑driven.
• Intermediate or bachelor’s degree; additional customer‑service training is a plus.

Required skills
