Call Taker – Taxi Dispatch (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Call Taker to join our Taxi Dispatch campaign. In this night‑shift position you will handle inbound customer calls, capture accurate booking details and coordinate with drivers and the dispatch team to ensure smooth transportation services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Take and confirm taxi bookings with precise pickup and destination information.
• Collect and verify passenger details, handling any special requests.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and the dispatch team to relay booking information.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout busy call volumes.
• Follow established campaign procedures and quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service or taxi dispatch is preferred.
• Good listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and punctual, responsible attitude.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
