Campaign Manager

About the role

Infinite Pulse Media is a user‑generated content (UGC) agency that partners with venture‑backed consumer tech brands. As a remote Campaign Manager based in Pakistan, you will own the end‑to‑end execution of client campaigns, working directly with the founder and shaping the processes that will scale the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Run campaigns from brief to delivery, coordinating creators, content assets, and client communications.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, such as silent creators or looming deadlines.
• Research emerging TikTok and Instagram formats and propose new test ideas.
• Help build and refine systems, data infrastructure, and creator onboarding processes to support growth.

Required profile

• Excellent written English for clear communication with creators and clients.
• Highly autonomous with a strong sense of ownership.
• Organised and able to track multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Willingness to work hours that overlap with US business hours.

Required skills

• Strong written communication in English.
